摘要: Subosteoclastic bone resorption is a result of HCl and proteinase secretion through late endosome-like facing membrane domain called ruffled border. As matrix degraded, it enters osteoclasts' transcytotic vesicles for further processing then finally exocytosed to the intercellular space. The present study clarifies spatial relationship between these vesicle fusion uptake processes at Our results show presence vacuolar H+-ATPase, small GTPase rab7 as well dense aggregates F-actin peripheral border, where basolaterally endocytosed transferrin cathepsin K are delivered. On contrary, rhodamine-labeled central budding proteins such clathrin, AP-2 dynamin II also localized. We model mechanism border turnover suggest that, due its endosomal characteristics, serves valuable studying dynamic organization other compartments well.
