摘要: Background—Failed atrial defibrillation shocks are associated with organization of postshock activity and a substantial electrical quiescence. We investigated the ability train pacing stimuli to capture or locally entrain myocardium during quiescent period after low-energy alter outcome. Methods Results—High-resolution video imaging near-defibrillation-threshold was performed in 12 Langendorff-perfused sheep hearts.
