摘要: Samples of interplanetary dust particles (IDPs) have now been collected from the stratosphere, Earth’s ocean beds, and ice caps Greenland Antarctica. The most likely candidates for sources these are comets asteroids. Comparison infrared spectra, elemental compositions, mineralogy with atmospheric entry models data obtained cometary probes telescopic observations has provided important constraints on possible various types dust. These lead to following conclusions. First, deep sea, Greenland, Antarctic spherules larger than 100 μm derived Second, stratospheric IDPs dominated by hydrated layer-lattice silicate minerals also Finally, anhydrous olivine pyroxene comets. consequences parent body assignments discussed.
