摘要: Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) is one of the most abundant factors stored in mineralized bone matrix. Accumulating evidences indicate that TGF-β promotes invasion and metastasis transformed cancer cell has a distinct role to promote through its effects stimulate tumor production disrupt normal remodeling. In this chapter, we present data describing osteolytic metastases from breast cancer. very complex during different steps metastasis, opening new therapeutic opportunities for treatment metastases.
