摘要: eGovernment initiatives all over the world endeavor to integrate Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) transform delivery of government services their stakeholders by improving quality services, accountability efficiency. In this study we explore adoption ICT enhance government-to-employee interactions in a organization developing country. We examine behavior utilizing Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT) that provides an integrative view user acceptance. found performance effort expectancy, social influence facilitating conditions positively impact use ICT. did not find significant moderating effect gender on these relationships.
