M-Service Expectancies and Attitudes: Linkages and Effects of First Impressions

摘要: This article explores the relations between expectancies and attitudes towards new mobile services how perceptions underlying constructs alter in immediate period upon trial of services. First, a simple structural equation model is tested linkages performance expectancy, effort expectancy attitude are verified. Second, to obtain an in-depth understanding changes pertaining respondents' first impressions vis-a-vis three latent constructs, qualitative exploration also undertaken. Together results from quantitative investigations suggest that fragile easily subject alteration based on experiences impressions.
