摘要: Following oral administration of methionine in high doses to normotensive (NR) and spontaneously hypertensive (SHR) rats, its degradation product, homocysteine (HC), which is markedly elevated serum, exerts an angiotoxic action directed the aorta. This accompanied by considerable loss endothelium degeneration, partly with dissolution media cells formation characteristic processes degenerating mitochondria, HC cystathion (CT) values aortic wall. At arterial vessels other organs similar alterations did not occur. There are quantitative differences between NR SHR. In SHR, serum shows higher CT concentrations than NR, methionine-related considerably more pronounced develop earlier, additional connective tissue. Here, a certain dependence on dose noted, contrast for magnitude reaction appears be related length time application. Additional atherogenic substances (cholestane-3 beta, 5 alpha, 6 beta-triol, cholesterol, angiotensin II, cholic acid methylthiouracil) SHR causes exacerbation alterations. Only cholestane-triol has same effect wall accentuation Cholestane-triol has, as well coincidence methionine-induced morphological reactions including mitochondrial processes. Simultaneous application these two cause potentiation effect. High cholesterol bring about but NR. Thus, addition disorder fat carbohydrate metabolism, disturbed protein metabolism decisive importance risk factor coronary vascular diseases.
