摘要: During embryogenesis of the perch, Perca fluviatilis L., a gradual proteolysis yolk proteins was revealed by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting comparable to other teleosts. A 118 kDa polypeptide processed in two 96 18 descendants; further produced peptides 64 31 kDa. Ultrastructure immunocytochemistry were used compare electrophoresis patterns with morphological changes developing embryo localise embryonic cell layers. In contrast most freshwater teleost, spawned eggs perch spheres fused together forming homogenous mass; lipid droplets formed single oil drop on top egg. Combination data light electron microscopical observations suggested specific parallel mobilization lipid. addition, absorption syncytial layer observed. Numerous platelets found and, later stages embryogenesis, also inner mass, but never cells enveloping layer.
