摘要: Patterns of cleavage and cytoplasmic connections between blastomeres in the embryo zebrafish, Brachydanio rerio have been described. The cell division pattern is often very regular; many embryos a blastomere's lineage may be ascertained from its position cluster through 64-cell stage. At 5th cleavage, however, significant variability observed, alternative patterns are early cleavages partial, incompletely separating giant yolk cell. tracer fluorescein-dextran (FD) was injected into to learn extent bridging. It observed that until 10th located along blastoderm margin maintain bridges Beginning with FD nonmarginal blastomere either remains confined cell, or if injection cycle, spreads cell's sibling, bridge persisting previous cleavage. On other hand, Lucifer yellow spreads, presumably via gap junctions, widely among unrelated lineage.
