摘要: Objectives: This study was to investigate the effect of a variety root canal irrigation solutions on flexural strength dentin. Materials and Methods: Fifty intact, extracted human mandibular third molars were used in this study. Each tooth sectioned using diamond cutting disc create dentin bar (1x1 mm, with 7 mm length). All bars randomly assigned into 5 groups 10 each. Group 1, immersed 5% NaOCl; group 2, 2.5% 3, 15% EDTA; 4, 0.2% chlorhexidine gluconate (CHX); 5, saline (as control) respectively. immeresed for 2 hours. subjected three-point bend MTS Universal Testing Machine test strength. Data analyzed one way Anova, followed by Tukey's performed at 0.05 level significance. Results: solution have an (P<0.05). EDTA caused greatest mechanical properties, which revealed lowest (100.64 ±7.23). In contrast, CHX generated least influence demonstrated (189.85 ±6.44). Conclusion: Root can induce detin. Chlorhexidine demonstrates best since it has slight dentinal particularly DOI:  10.14693/jdi.v16i2.97
