摘要: Anti-peptide antibody to the human glucocorticoid receptor (GR) was produced and used demonstrate that a subset of GR population resides in plasma membrane leukemic cells. Characterization with intracellular (iGR) showed its ability shift [3H]triamcinolone acetonide-labeled (4S protein) from two cell lines higher density sucrose gradients; Western autoradiographic analysis affinity-labeled ([3H]dexamethasone 21-mesylate) revealed an immunoreactive competitively labeled band 94 kDa.
