Comparison of enzyme immunoassay and immunoprecipitation for creatine kinase MB in diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.

摘要: We compared the clinical performance of measuring creatine kinase (EC 2.7.3.2) isoenzyme MB by use an enzyme immunoassay (Enzygnost CK-MB, Behring Diagnostics) with immunoprecipitation method (Isomune-CK, Roche for diagnosis acute myocardial infarction. Sera from 80 patients admitted to coronary care unit because chest pain were examined: 40 who had this infarction, and in whom it was ruled out. In addition, sera apparently healthy individuals examined. The sensitivity specificity these methods evaluated receiver operating characteristic curves. conclude that efficiency, is slightly superior assay we used, its greater analytical precision mass isoenzyme.
