摘要: In order to optimize tissue culture conditions for genetic transformation of orchardgrass, the effects medium supplements on responses were investigated with mature seeds 3 cultivars, `Frode`. `Roughrider` and `Frontier` as explant tissues. Callus induction containing 3mg/L 2,4-D or dicamba each 0.1mg/L BA was optimal fer embryogenic callus formation from seed had a strong effect successive plant regeneration. The regeneration frequency among cultivars descending Roughrider > Frode Frontier. Supplementation media 10mg/L 40mg/L cysteine enhanced Efficient system established in this study will be useful fur molecular breeding orchardgrass through transformation.
