摘要: Abstract Objective To identify high-priority research questions for osteoarthritis systematic reviews with consideration of health equity and the social determinants (SDH). Study Design Setting We consulted experts conducted a literature search to priority-setting method that could be adapted address SDH. selected Global Evidence Mapping method, through consultations consensus, we meet our objectives. This involves developing an evidence map existing on osteoarthritis; conducting one face-to-face workshop patients another clinicians, researchers, patients; online survey rank top 10 questions. piloted Cochrane Musculoskeletal Review Group set priorities osteoarthritis. Results Our focus was reviews: identified 34 reviews. Prevention self-management interventions, mainly diet exercise, are Evaluation against predefined objectives showed this did prioritize SDH (50% considered SDH). There were marked gaps: no topics access care until had advanced disease–lifestyle changes once disease diagnosed. felt feasible if annually. Conclusion confirmed utility is considers Further testing needed assess whether considerations prioritized involve disadvantaged groups population.
