摘要: Diabetic foot ulcerations have been extensively reported as vascular complications of diabetes mellitus associated with a high degree morbidity and mortality; in fact, some authors showed higher prevalence major, previous new-onset, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular events diabetic patients ulcers than those without these complications. This is consistent the fact that there complex interplay several variables inflammatory metabolic disorders their effect on cardiovascular system could explain reports mortality rates amputations. Involvement markers such IL-6 plasma levels resistin subjects confirmed pathogenetic issue “adipovascular” axis may contribute to risk type 2 diabetes. In foot, this “adipovascular axis” expression lower adiponectin be linked pathogenesis by microvascular mechanisms. The purpose review focus immune features DFS its possible role marker patients.
