摘要: The zebrafish has become a widely accepted model host for studies of infectious disease, including fungal infections. species is genetically tractable, and the larvae are transparent amenable to prolonged in vivo imaging small molecule screening. aim this review provide thorough introduction into published infection specific ways which benefited field. In doing so, we hope potential new researchers with snapshot current toolbox prior results, while illustrating how been used well where unfulfilled can be found.
