Aggression in the workplace

摘要: Purpose – The aim of this paper is to highlight the problem bullying within nursing.Design/methodology/approach A Heideggerian methodology was used illuminate phenomenon and answer question, “How does it feel be bullied?. Two nurses were interviewed in a “judgemental” sample. Interviews audiotaped, transcribed analysed thematically. Results then integrated into an “exhaustive” statement attempt identify fundamental structure under investigation.Findings results way which experienced felt about behaviour, nursing itself.
