摘要: (1) Background: Dendritic cell (DC) vaccination has shown outstanding achievements in cancer treatment, although it still some adverse side effects. Vaccination with DC-derived exosomes been thought to overcome the effects of parental DCs. (2) Method: We performed experiments check ability cryopreserved umbilical cord blood mononuclear cell-derived DCs (cryo CBMDCs) and their prime allogeneic T proliferation peripheral (alloPBMCs) cytotoxicity against A549 lung cells. (3) Results: found that both tumor lysate-pulsed could induce proliferation. Moreover, alloPBMCs primed have a greater cytotoxic activity cells compared unprimed unpulsed exosomes. (4) Conclusion: Tumor should be considered develop into novel immunotherapeutic strategy-e.g., vaccines-for patients cancer. Our results also suggested cryo source, which is readily available effective for generation will material vaccinating
