High pressure transport characteristics of Bi2Te3, Sb2Te3, and BiSbTe3

摘要: Abstract This paper presents ambient and high pressure measurements of transport properties the Bi2Te3–Sb2Te3 series materials. The electrical resistivity, thermal conductivity, Seebeck coefficient have been measured on both end compounds direct solid solution two at up to 10 GPa. An additional discussion involving structure will be presented. From this, it was determined that these materials undergo least structural phase transitions between 0 20 GPa a is presented regarding this changes in properties.
