摘要: Objectives: To determine if the quality of prenatal care predicts skilled institutional delivery, a primary means reducing maternal mortality. Methods: The probability delivery is predicted among 4173 rural low-income women reproductive age in seven Mexican states, as function retrospective reports about services received 1997–2003. Results: Women who most procedures were more likely to have (OR 2.29, 95% CI 1.18, 4.44). less than 75th percentile not significantly different from those no care. Conclusions: Policies promoting increased access should be linked promotion practice standards impact health and behavioral outcomes.
