摘要: We have isolated DNA probes, homologous to the human hypervariable minisatellite. sequence 33.15, from genome of rice (Oryza sativa). These probes are capable producing a multilocus fingerprint. The has tandem repeating structure based on 12 bp GC-rich repeat which shows homology its counterpart. This probe detects up 30 loci at number unlinked chromosomal sites. is invariably associated with an open reading frame (ORF) unknown function. ORF probably member small multigene family.
