摘要: The present invention provides a new use of DPIV-inhibitors. compounds the invention, and their corresponding pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt forms, are useful in treating conditions mediated by DPIV or DPIV-Iike enzymes, such as immune, autoimmune central nervous system disorder selected from group consisting strokes, tumors, ischemia, Parkinson's disease migraines. In more preferred embodiment, for treatment multiple sclerosis.
