摘要: The invention comprises a process wherein the DNA synthesis and, thus, proliferation of mononuclear cells (MNZ) and T as well is inhibited by simultaneous combined inhibition enzyme activity (I) alanyl aminopeptidase dipeptidyl peptidase IV; (II) IV angiotensin-converting enzyme; (III) prolyl oligopeptidase; (IV) X-Pro-aminopeptidase to an extent which cannot be achieved application single one said inhibitors, even at higher dosage. Although inhibitors exercise influence on very same finally, i.e. immune cells, this effect not complete long lasting when inhibitor applied. From functional overlap enzymatic activities results additive/superadditive inhibitory more than above enzymes, our data show. Our shows that substances inhibiting enzymes or corresponding preparations administration forms, respectively, suitable for therapy autoimmune diseases chronic with inflammatory genesis treatment rejection episodes after transplantation.
