摘要: The carrier-mediated absorption of drugs and prodrugs across epithelial endothelial barriers is emerging as a novel trend in biotherapeutics. This review examines the important advances this field past decade. feasibility drug parent or appropriately modified prodrug via these transporters discussed detail. Several successful examples synthesis recognised by targeted are described. applicability approach translocating almost impenetrable blood-brain barrier (BBB) has also been examined.
