摘要: Purpose To develop a feasible intraoperative guiding device using computer-aided design and manufacturing of individual templates to permit anatomic fracture reduction zygomatic-orbitomaxillary complex (ZOMC) comminuted fractures. The simplicity accessibility this method should allow its widespread clinical application. Materials Methods Under an institutional review board-approved protocol, diverse ZOMC types were created in 6 cadaver heads with hammer saw, preoperative multislice spiral computerized tomography scan 3-dimensional reconstruction performed. Three made by manufacturing, the fractures repaired under guidance templates. A case was carried out method. After surgery, outcome evaluation completed superimposing postoperative computed tomographic model onto planned model. Results Successful planning repositioning cadavers patient achieved Computer-aided successfully used all cases at time surgery. Postoperative scans confirmed repair cases. Conclusions monitoring has been developed. This technique is simple, economical, readily accessible that can be learned rapidly.
