摘要: Mandibular angle osteotomy is commonly used for prominent mandibular contouring. Because of difficult control the line, shape, and amount osteotomy, many complications such as asymmetry, undercorrection, overcorrection, formation a second after surgery occurred commonly. In addition, it more to implement exactly same preoperative design in curved owing arc-shaped line. Therefore, further studies are needed explore ways make accurately identical with design. this report, case guided by stereolithographic template unilateral described. We established volume Mimics software right angle; fabricated individual computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technique; performed template. A secure fit on bone surface was found during operation. Computed tomographic scan revealed that bilateral angles were symmetric, had natural curve, accordance It suggested CAD/CAM could guide accurately, improve efficiency, avoid osteotomy.
