摘要: Growth factors such as transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β), vascular endothelial factor (VEGF), insulin-like factor-1 (IGF-1), platelet-derived (PDGF), and basic fibroblast (bFGF) have been associated with the tendon healing process (Molloy et al., 2003; Zhang Halper, 2014). Among these factors, TGF-β1 plays a key role during various tissue repair stages is secreted not only by fibroblasts differentiated from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), but also several types of that differentiate hematopoietic (HSCs; Sporn 1986). In this review, TGF-β MSC-derived in ligament described. Furthermore, potential application bone marrow cell transplantation (BMCT) novel method for treating injuries discussed.
