摘要: This chapter deals with advanced concepts for the configuration and management of business process variants. Typically, a particular process, different variants exist. Each them constitutes an adjustment master (e.g., reference process) to specific requirements building context. Contemporary Business Process Management tools do not adequately support modeling such Either have be specified in separate models or they are expressed terms conditional branches within same model. Both methods can result high model redundancies, which make adaptations time-consuming error-prone task. In this chapter, we discuss our Provop approach, provides flexible powerful solution managing along their lifecycle. Such variant will foster more systematic as well maintenance.
