摘要: Abstract We have applied the technique of laser-Doppler velocimetry to compare patterns cutaneous blood flow in forearms patients with stable sickle-cell disease, normal subjects matched for age, race, and sex, anemia due β+-thalassemia. The mean resting disease was comparable that control groups but associated large, local oscillations periods 7 10 seconds peak-to-trough magnitudes about half flow. Oscillations occurred simultaneously at sites separated by 1 cm were independent phase frequency. Since these measurements represent average pattern mm3 skin (i.e., approximately 50 70 capillary loops), results suggest microcirculatory proceeds synchronization rhythmic large domains microvessels. These findings indicate periodic ma...
