User movement tendency prediction and call admission control for cellular networks

摘要: A user movement tendency notion is introduced to characterize moving behavior. An algorithm developed for prediction. Based on the predicted tendency, a connection admission tree (CAC) scheme which explores individual mobility information proposed. Simulation results show proposed CAC achieves better performance in terms of handoff dropping rate and resource utilization.
