摘要: Abstract Hypothyroidism causes an imbalance in antioxidant and pro-oxidants criteria the brain enhances concentration of reactive oxygen species (ROS), neuronal damage has been observed following excessive ROS. The main purpose this study was to examine preventive effect vitamin C on hypothyroidism associated hippocampus neonatal juvenile rats. Pregnant rats after delivery their pups were randomly divided into four groups treated with (1) normal drinking water as a control group, (2) Propylthiouracil (PTU) 0.005% added water, (3-, 4) PTU + Vit C 10 mg/ kg 100 mg/ kg water.
