摘要: Although the cofactors in bacterial reaction centre of Rhodobacter sphaeroides wild type (WT) are arranged almost symmetrically two branches, light-induced electron transfer occurs selectively one branch. As origin this functional symmetry break, a hydrogen bond between acetyl group PL primary donor and His-L168 has been discussed. In study, we investigate existence rigidity with solid-state photo-CIDNP MAS NMR methods offering information on local electronic structure due to highly sensitive selective experiments. On time scale experiment, appears be stable not affected by illumination confirming structural asymmetry within Special Pair.
