摘要: Notch pathway plays an important role in the growth of high-grade serous ovarian (HGS-OvCa) and other cancers, but its clinical biological mechanisms are not well understood. Here, we found that alterations prevalent significantly related to poor outcome patients with cancer. Particularly, Notch3 alterations, including amplification upregulation, were highly associated patient survival. Targeting inhibited OvCa induced apoptosis. Importantly, DNM-mediated endocytosis was required for selectively activating Jagged-1-mediated signaling. Cleaved expression critical determinant response Notch-targeted therapy. Collectively, these data identify previously unknown underlying signaling new, biomarker-driven approaches
