摘要: BACKGROUND Bipolar disorders (BD) are of particular public health significance as they prevalent, severe and disabling, often associated with elevated risks premature mortality. The aim this concise overview is to investigate the role asenapine in treatment manic mixed states BD type 1 disorder. METHOD MedLine, Excerpta Medica PsycINFO searches were performed identify papers English published over past 7 years. Search terms "asenapine", "manic" OR "mixed states", "bipolar I disorder". Subjects included study suffered from RESULTS To date, only four studies for or episodes have been published. CONCLUSION Research indicates that generally well-tolerated, efficacious not inferior olanzapine short-term long-term.
