摘要: Dry matter digestibilities of several grape pomace varieties are compared in cow, sheep and goat by in-vitro technique. Values obtained (26%-39%) low to alfalfa hay (69%) or sudan-grass (65%). Total phenols tannic acid equivalent determined influence on digestibility is evaluated. Pre-extraction with cold warm water reduces the total phenol level but also removes soluble nutrients. The value as animal feed discussed light these other results.
