摘要: Abstract The effect of light irradiation on the ferromagnetic resonance CdCr 2 Se 4 single crystals have been investigated in temperature range from 4.2 to 130 K. It was found that induced appreciable changes microwave conductivity, FMR lineshape and magnetocrystalline anisotropy this material. These findings are discussed terms possible light-induced creation Cr 2+ centres crystal.
