摘要: Abstract Industrial symbiosis (IS) can promote carbon emission reduction through effective use of resources and energy. This study aims to quantitatively examine the effects IS performance on a case Xinfa Group, comprehensive large enterprise group in China. A scenario without is assumed for comparison. Results show that rates with are 16.20 Mt CO2e 18.17 Mt CO2e, respectively. The largest sector electrolytic aluminum industry, which accounts 70.2% total. emissions under condition at Group decrease by 10.84% compared no condition. primarily results from byproduct exchange energy symbiosis, 72% 28%, Carbon as result energy-graded utilization 11.4%. calcined lime, alumina, calcium carbide, other industries 60.7%, 18.7%, 0.9%, 27.1% total reduction, characteristics development presented.
