Personal characteristics and styles of coping with stress of nursing students of a university in Turkey

摘要: Objective: University studentship and the university life itself have potential to create worry stress. Nursing education is a hard stressful process. The purpose of this study identify nursing students’ ways coping with Methods: was designed as descriptive cross-sectional. Target population all students who were enrolled in school located Turkey. data collected “Personal Information Form”, developed by researchers light related literature, view identifying socio-demographic features participants “Ways Coping Questionnaire” finding out Results: 467 students. An evaluation WoCQ sub-scale mean scores present showed that they got 21.15 ± 3.92 from self-confident style, 14.03 2.87 optimistic 12.04 2.97 seeking social support. according grade level shows first graders 12.13 2.19 submissive style ( p = .037), pleased tended be more could not communicate opposite sex helpless .004) Conclusions: Results indicate various factors play role stress seem cope effectively.
