摘要: The model that we used to guide us in developing a framework for decision making is shown figure 4–1.1 environmental context which decisions are made consists of three domains: the social, professional, and program environments. social environment includes system values articulated policy statutory law. Values given expression by legislators when they fund programs through child welfare services provided. Professional inextricably linked with values, if not wholly synonymous them. Social science knowledge technology derived from professional practice providing means achieving goals. While separable purposes discussion, variables within programmatic domains interact each other.
