摘要: In systems biology there is an intrinsic need for multiscale modelling, because physiological functions account many spatial / time scales and processes, with a close connection between multi-scale, multi-physics approaches model reduction. The paper overview attempting to transmit new perspective on modelling of complex biological systems. We discuss the key points in system-level analysis multi-scale bio-systems, making classification methods used different characterizing approach. main contribution presentation role importance complexity reduction biosystems, proposing this respect procedure proven be efficient multiphysics structures.
