摘要: Abstract A low temperature sintering method was used to avoid the relatively high temperatures typically required prepare 0.67CaTiO 3 –0.33LaAlO (CTLA) ceramics. Additionally, CeO 2 introduced into CTLA ceramics as an oxygen-storage material improve their microwave dielectric properties. co-doped with B O –Li O–Al and were prepared by a conventional two-step solid-state reaction process. The behavior, crystal structure, surface morphology, proprieties of ceramic samples studied, mechanism elucidated. CTLA+0.05 wt% BLA+3 wt% sintered at 1360 °C for 4 h exhibited optimal properties: constant ( e r )=45.02, quality factor Q×f )=43102 GHz, coefficient resonant frequency τ f )=2.1 ppm/°C. successful preparation high-performance provides direction future development commercialization
