Low temperature sintering of low-loss ZnTiO3 microwave dielectric ceramics with Zn–B–Si glass

摘要: Abstract The effects of Mg substitution, Zn–B–Si(ZBS) glass and extra TiO 2 on the sintering behaviors, phase structures, microstructures microwave dielectric properties ZnTiO 3 ceramics were studied. results show that a single was observed. Small amounts Mg(x  Q × f values (Zn 1−x x )TiO (ZMT) ceramics, however, excessive leads to higher temperature. ZBS( 0.9 0.1  + 0.5 wt.% ZBS ceramic sintered at 900 °C shows best properties: e r  = 20.53,  = 61630 GHz (at 7.44 GHz), τ f  = −76 ppm/°C. Extra additions would modify from negative near zero.  + 3 wt.% ZBS + 10 wt.% can be well obtained  = 24.83,  = 44342 GHz 6.65 GHz),  = 3.4 ppm/°C.
