摘要: Abstract The trend to fabricate mulitlayer structures of microwave dielectric ceramics cofired with low melting conductors results in the demand additives for temperature sintering. Low-melting glasses are good candidates sintering aids. When concentration added low-melting reaches a high content about 10–20 mol%, their properties will certainly affect performance final multilayer devices. It is object this study investigate ZnO–B 2 O 3 –SiO , BaO–B and PbO–B glasses. parallel plate resonator rod method was employed measurements relative constants, quality factors, coefficients frequency range. A thermo-mechanical analyzer used determine deformation temperatures Properties these three glass systems chiefly determined by amount structural modifier oxides (ZnO, BaO, PbO) ionic size modifying cations (Zn 2+ Ba Pb ). In contrast, effect ratio B SiO relatively small. constants range from 500 3400, which equivalent tan  δ 0.02–0.003 at 10 GHz. −3 −155 ppm/°C.
