摘要: Abstract The trend to fabricate mulitlayer structures of microwave dielectric ceramics cofired with low melting conductors results in the demand additives for temperature sintering. Low-melting glasses are good candidates sintering aids. When concentration added low-melting reaches a high content about 10–20 mol%, their properties will certainly affect performance final multilayer devices.
