Incorporation of fibrinogen into soluble fibrin complexes

摘要: Abstract Fibrinogen was incubated with traces of thrombin, and the reaction stopped hirudin prior to visible gelation. When I 125 -labelled fibrinogen added mixture before chromatography on Sepharose 4B, labelled eluted not only in main peak, but also earlier fractions containing high molecular weight complexes. This implies that acted upon by may form complexes soluble fibrin. The detected gel could be demonstrated SDS-urea polyacrylamide electrophoresis, indicating non-covalent bonds are involved.
