Charge transport behaviors of end-capped narrow band gap polymers in bottom-contact organic field-effect transistors

摘要: This report examines the influence of narrow band gap polymer end groups (bromine or thiophene) on performance field-effect transistors prepared using these polymers. The conjugated chains that were capped with thiophene units enhanced intermolecular packing structure and decreased device hysteresis by removing charge traps. presence end-capping increased hole mobility a factor 2 4, depending molecular weight polymer, in bottom contact transistors.
