摘要: The population of microfungi associated with mycorrhizal root tips Picea mariana was sampled to determine which species were able grow on isolation medium amended the selective fungicide benomyl. Benomyl significantly favoured soil Zygomycetes, including members genera Mortierella and Micromucor, but inhibited growth most fungi ascomycetous affinities. Since some taxa, e.g., Trichoderma spp., are potential inhibitors mycorrhiza formation in vivo, these results may explain instances where application benomyl has been shown increase field.
