摘要: SUMMARY Pinus radiata D.Don seedlings were successfully inoculated with Rhizopogon luteolus introduced in the mycelial stage into a nursery soil partially sterilized methyl bromide at 3 lb, 5 lb and 7 per 100 cu ft or aerated steam 60°C, 71°C 82°C. The sterilization treatments also effective against damping-off improved growth of seedlings. Recolonization by organisms was apparently slower after than bromide. Short root production reduced applied ft, but not affected lower rates application. Soil micro-organisms detoxified effect on fungus is discussed.
