摘要: The temperature-dependent magnon energies and sidebands in MnS have been studied theoretically by the spin wave approximation including magnon-magnon interaction neglecting exciton-magnon interaction. Results found are: (1) temperature renormalization factor for depends strongly on wavevector is different from that sublattice magnetization; (2) line shape insensitive to temperature, peak position, which corresponds energy at k =1.2π[1, 1, 0]/ a , shifts slowly with temperature; (3) integrated intensity of cold band almost constant low temperatures but decreases slightly increasing contrast rapid increase predicted free theory.
