Spin Dynamics in a Heusler Alloy Pd 2 MnSn

摘要: Temperature dependences of spin wave energies, the integrated intensity neutron scattering, as well magnetization a single crystal Pd 2 MnSn have been measured. The results found to be interpreted in terms theory including magnon-magnon interactions developed for Heisenberg system. Neutron paramagnetic scattering from same has also measured at 300 and 1000 K. second moment determined energy spectra Gaussian shape is good agreement with that calculated using exchange parameters by measurement 50 These indicate Heusler alloy typical system long range interactions.
