摘要: Abstract Objective To assess the feasibility and acceptability of a mobile health platform supporting Collaborative Care. Method Care patients (n = 17) used smartphone app to transmit PHQ-9 GAD-7 scores sensor data dashboard by one care manager. Patients completed usability satisfaction surveys qualitative interviews at 4 weeks manager interview. Mobile metadata on usage was obtained. Results All for 4 weeks, but only 35% (n = 6) sustained use 8 weeks. Prior discontinuing use, 88% (n = 15) all measures, with lower response rates daily measures. Four themes emerged from interviews: understanding purpose; manager's role in use; benefits monitoring; privacy / security concerns. Two were user-specific: patients' desire personalization; burden. Conclusions The is supported high early rate, however attrition steep. Our findings revealed nuanced participant experiences uncovered some concerns about health. encourage retention, attention may need be directed toward promoting patient provider engagement, offering personalized experiences.
